Professional Response Couriers is a family run, leading logistics provider operating locally, nationally and internationally from their hub in Yorkshire.
They offer specialities such as same day delivery, temperature controlled delivery, transportation of medical supplies and European consignments.
They require a variety of reliable vehicles to deliver their many services, including vans, refrigerated vehicles and wagons.  Due to the nature of their work, vehicle reliability and uptime is paramount.

The Solution

NL Van Truck & Car Hire and Professional Response Couriers have a longstanding relationship going back over 25 years.  During that time we have built up a very strong working relationship with Professional Response and their staff.
•    NL, Van Truck & Car provides brand new vehicles to Professional Response for long term hire, each vehicle being individually tailored to meet the requirements of the customer.  This includes anything from a Berlingo to an 18t Wagon, as well bespoke vehicles such as refrigerated vans when required.

•    As well as long term hire, we also provide flexible hire, which can be provided at short notice as and when required.

•    Maintenance and servicing is all done in house and we offer a 24 hour breakdown service.  If we are unable to get the customer back on the road promptly, a replacement vehicle is provided to keep down time to a minimum.
