It has now been 2 years since NL Commercials expanded their services into the North East of England. In September 2016, NL Commercials merged with a small independent hire company based in Darlington, Charter Self Drive.
Charter Self Drive has a long history of providing rental services in the Darlington area, having being established for over 40 years. They have built up a fantastic reputation and have made some long standing relationships with local businesses and customers. Due to their success, the Directors of NL Commercials made the decision to continue trading the Darlington branch under the Charter Self Drive name, continuing the Charter legacy in the Darlington area!
In the 2 years since our merger, Charter Self Drive has gone from strength to strength.
It has become an integral part of the NL Commercials Group, taking on board the high standards and customer focus we pride ourselves in!
Like our other sites based in Leeds, Batley and St Helens, Charter Self Drive can provide all ranges of vehicles for either long or short term hire.
