Work is now complete at our brand new site - Union Mills, Batley
Due to ever continuing expansion, NL Commercials have opened a purpose built site to help offer more support to our customers than ever!
The new site encompasses brand new state of the art workshops, along with an MOT station and industrial units to rent. These new facilities allow us to continue providing the excellent speedy service our customers have become accustomed to, as well as keeping down time to a minimum, keeping our vehicles on the road where they need to be!
This new site is an exciting development in the world of NL Commercials……. Union Mills will have 3 brand new units, the largest being a whopping 12,000 sq ft, providing much needed warehouse space for both our own and various other businesses in the local area.
As well as providing modern, practical and functional warehouse units, the site will also look fantastic…… with communal garden areas, bat boxes and even a duck pond, quack quack!
With the help of a local building company, we have been working on this new development for the last 5 years. From when the land was first purchased by NL Commercials to the final stages of development we are at today, local people will have seen Union Mills turn from a mass of shrubbery to the grand, modern site it has become today…… watching local history in the making! We even dug up the original Union Mills stone work along the way and have used the original sign dating back to the 1800’s as part of our new signage, providing a true mix of History and Heritage, which Batley is renowned for.
